Day 26-

Math Game- Ice Cream Shop

Math- Log into Kahn Academy and do 10 minutes with an adult.

Reading - Read 2 pages in your Reading Book

Science- Read Pg 50-51 in your Science Textbook PDF

Game- Watch Squirrel Nutkin

Music-
1. We’ve looked at early percussion instruments (drums) and early wind instruments (whistle). Now let’s look at early string instruments. I’ve read that the ancient Egyptians used an early version of a harp.

2. At the bottom of this page is an image of what a harp-like instrument might have looked like at King David’s time.

3. Listen to a harp play Autumn Leaves by Kosma. Listen for the harp.

4. Now can you count up to 20?

Day 27-

Writing- Write a letter to Nana

Science- Read Pg 52-53 in your Science Textbook PDF

Game- Do a fun Dot-to-Dot and Count by 2

3. Here are the parts of the face and the parts of the body.
4. Watch Mr. Potato Head get all of his parts.
5. Can you sing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes in German?

Day 28-

Math Game- Dude's Dilemma

Math- Log into Kahn Academy and do 10 minutes with an adult.

Reading - Read 2 pages in your Reading Book

Science- Read Pg 54-55 in your Science Textbook PDF

Game- Do a BIG dot-to-dot

Art- Try Chinese paper cutting. Click on the video. Follow the directions. To make a square sheet of paper, fold down the top corner of a piece of paper to line up with the far side to make a triangle. Cut off the bottom rectangle that’s exposed. Now you have a square to begin with.

3. Let's learn about families.
4. Can you sing this funny family finger song?
5. Can you tell Mommy how many brothers you have? Can you tell Mommy how many sisters you have?

Day 29-
